I remember a couple of weeks ago. When life was still normal. What I mean is, before this whole Covid 19 pandemic AKA Coronavirus stuff was happening. Oh, I do remember this.

Well, actually I don't remember the exact restaurant. However, I remember Joe and I getting hungry. And, we stopped by some fast food chain.

Seriously, I just remember getting so hungry. But. I can't remember the name of the restaurant LOL.

What 'erks' me is that the food was so good. But, I can't actually remember the name of the restaurant so that I could do it justice. And, advertise the name! Oh well, it is  what it is.

Perhaps, I can ask my husband
later. And maybe he will remember? Anyway let's get back to my point.

Pretty sure my  husband? have a good Goodwilled husband? When you think about it? Does he do a lot of things for you? Do you wives just stop for a minute and say thank you to your husband? Such small words, but believe me when I say it's a very big impact.

Sometimes it's a total 180. Seriously, husbands' faces would go from looking kind of sad and down to all of the sudden a cheerful face with a smile! It's like their eyes light up. They have a certain glow about them. LOL Well, at least that's what I mean. Doesn't it make perfect sense? Think about it.

Who does not like to hear someone tell them thank you after they just did something for someone? Hmm Hmm. Exactly my point!

I'm thinking now, "you're right." With the kids in the picture, perhaps it is more difficult to remember to say thank you to your husband. I wouldn't know the feeling. I'm not raising up any kids. But, I'm assuming it's possible. Life, in general has lots to throw at ya sometimes. So, I can see remembering to say thank you to your husband as being on the smaller end of the stick. So to speak.

Just like me. I don't
always remember to say thank you to Joe for every little thing he does for me. I should remember more though.

However, he probably would prefer I do that.
To reiterate, saying thank you to your husband is not mandatory. I'm saying it's just nice. And, it will only help bring them encouragement. Boost up their ego!

Rewinding back to that day a couple weeks ago. After I said thank you for the food Joe bought me, he seemed kind of surprised. I guess it's just kind of a pretty much known thing. Meaning, my husband loves me so he's going to do what he can to make me happy.

You know? I let my husband know I was hungry. Then it was like automatic for him to suggest that he get me and then buy me food to feed my tummy!

My husband paid the price. And, all I needed to do was accept his gift!
That's it!

Let's check out what the Bible has to say about all of this stuff. Jesus chose to die for our salvation. He died so that we would have eternal life. He died so that we would be saved from our sins! He died so that we would be forgiven of our sins! Jesus took all of our sins
with him and bore them on the cross!

So, once you accept Jesus those sins died with him! Jesus died because he so loved the world! Friends, do you guys want to spend eternity with God? Do you want to go to Heaven after you die? Do you want to be saved from your sins? Do you want to experience the forgiveness of your sins?

Then, all you have to do is like what I did to my husband. He paid the price and gave me the gift! All that I had to do? All that I had to do was accept it!

Friends, it's like we are being given a get out of jail free card, so to speak. Actually, it's more like a get out of hell! What about you?

Have you accepted this gift that was given to you by God? If not then why not? I think that is really the question we should be asking ourselves. If not then why not?

God has given the best gift to any human. It talks about how wonderful it is in the Bible. It also talks about how horrible eternity would be for the person who denies God. I would like to end my writing again with this question. Have you accepted this gift that was given to you by God?

John 3:16

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son that whosoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life.

1 John 5 11-12

And this is the testimony that is given us eternal life and this life is in his son. He who has the son has life he who does not have the Son of God does not have life.

And these will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”

And the devil who had deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur where the beast and the false prophet were, and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.

For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

And if anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.

“Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels.
