D-Word Series Part 39: Gossip

O boy. Even if I wasn't talking about married couples, we all know that when gossiping is in the picture?  Things are bound to not end well.

It is very unfortunate when gossiping will enter the family setting. I say that because  there are some things that can possibly happen?  Well, for this writing you all could probably imagine what  Is coming to my mind. Can you imagine if whatever the 

gossip is will explode? The actual truth pertaining to the gossip may come out at a time  that may affect the future of the married couple.

I am sure we all have our own stories. Perhaps, it may even come out of our family tree.  Or, maybe we just heard about it from our loved ones?  Seen it on Jerry Springet.  Can be heard through any Grapevine.

Let me 1st share  my thoughts about gossiping in general.

1.  Don't listen! If you're stubborn and you listen?

2.  Don't Repeat

If you're so stubborn you don't listen to what I am saying and you Still repeat?

Then forget it. I guess you're just screwed! No, lol I am JK.....well kinda.

Seriously though. I think if you all would let it get that far? Then, this is what I think. My thoughts first of all is you all are very stubborn. Just kidding.  I probably would be right there with you. Ask my husband. He will tell you he married the Queen of stubborn.

So, yes I think the only thing you have left to do is focus on your road to redemption. 

Yes,  if you did repeat the gossip you heard? And,  somebody called 

you out on that? Friend, what are you going to do? You gonna deny it? Lie about it? 

I suggest you don't do that.  Fess up to what you did. Pray for forgiveness. Lol

Folks, I really think your best bet is to just pay attention to my 1st step. Don't Listen to the Gossip!  Seriously, is it really difficult for you to say to the person who wants to tell you the juiciest gossip, no thank you and you don't want to hear it. If so, Then pretend that you have to use the bathroom or something.

Seriously, is turning away gossip really difficult for you? Then, I say Really pray about that. Seriously folks? If you have a burning desire to hear gossip or to

spread gossip?  Then, I say pray about itbecause that burning desire is coming from the pit of hell.

Let me end by reverting back to married couples 

and gossip. Folks,  before you choose to get tangled in the naughty and devilish web of gossip?  Really think if hearing that juicy gossip 

is worth risking your marriage? If things get really ugly? Was the gossip worth the divorce?
