Oh my goodness! Very late shout outs! Shout out to Hayley, Sam, and Hilarie! Thank you for accepting my card! I pray you'll be encouraged by the writings! Have a blessed day!
What do you think of when you hear the word death? I am thinking maybe not good things? Or, maybe good things?
Does the word death seeem scary to you? I definitely do not want you guys to feel scared when you hear the word, death. I really hope that's not how one feels.
Believers in Jesus Christ know that after death they will be with Christ for eternity! Believers welcome death because that just means they will be close to being witlh Jesus for eternity!
It is oh so sad when we lose someone because it is their time to leave the earth. However, dying? If that person is a believer? Sad is definitely not what a believer should be feeling when they know they will soon leave the Earth. Death is unavoidable. It is bound to happen.
I remember one time from hearing one of Pastor Greg Laurie's messages. He said something like this. -We have to realize something. It's not about what things one is able to get out of life for their enjoyment. The question really is about Jesus Christ. What did one do for Jesus Christ in their lifetime?- Greg Laurie
Switching subjects a little. Let's talk about this. When funerals take place? That is the time for people to express so much sadness. Right?
Wanna hear my Deep Thoughts? Here's my deep thoughts. DO NOT BE SAD/SCARED WHEN YOU KNOW YOU ARE GOING TO DIE!
I remember seeing this funeral just about to end. We were waiting to enter our loved one's own funeral. And, everyone was so happy! That was definitely not what one would see at a funeral.
Everyone was singing /dancing, rejoicing! Everyone was dressed in colorful clothing and looked beautiful. They were smiling and laughing! They knew that their deceased loved one was going to spend eternity with Jesus Christ! And, they were so happy for them!
Please don't misunderstand. I mean of course people were still sad and probably crying. These people were still human beings. They still had feelings. They lost a loved one.
Ooh, I was just reminded of my Aunt in law's mother. She was like one of my grandma's. We called her " Lola."
This woman knew the Lord! Every time we would see her? She would always be praising Jesus! Talking about how awesome it would be when we see Him! This woman was so excited to see Jesus.
Talk about someone who was excited to die? Believe me. This woman was ready! So, ready? She died with a smile on her face!
Wow, don't you guys wanna die with a smile on your face? That would be awesome and such a story that may perhaps lead someone to Jesus!
What about you guys? Do you guys know Jesus? If not? Do you guys wanna know Jesus? Would you guys like to have a smile on your face when you die? If you know Jesus? Maybe just like Lola you will!
Psalms 30:11
You have turned my mourning into joyful dancing. You have taken
away my clothes of mourning and clothed me with joy,
John 3:16
For God's love the world then he gave his AMA noon one son that whosoever believes in him will not perish but have everlasting life.
