D-Word Series Part 49: Barbie & Ken

Husbands or you fellow wives. Remember when we were kids and used to play with dolls? Particularly the dolls like Barbie and Ken!

Remember we would be in control of picking out whatever they would wear? These toys have different types of personalities and spunky attitudes.

Thanks to Us humans? These inanimate objects temporarily pretend to have some type of life. Again, thanks to some tripped out minds of children, or any age of human beings.

Playing make believe is, I heard fun for kids. Hey, I am not saying I was not one to participate. I, too was once a kid.

Then, I grew up  and it was good bye to make believe. Hello to genuine
My mindset stuck to thinking to only what is genuine.

Now, reverting back to the series and talking about spouses. Our spouse is so real. Well, we cannot dress them up. Well, I mean you can help them if they want. Maybe, they need help from their spouse because they have no Style.

No, in all seriousness, maybe the spouse is like me? He or she would need a little help with their ADL's ( Adult daily living activities) like dressing. If that's the case? I'm sure you and your spouse have your own MU. So, it's probably all good.

One thing I will say though is this. If you are really seeing a changed spouse? I mean to worse?  I mean reverting back to what I was saying about your spouse forcibly physically trying to change you?

I'm so terribly sorry. I just really hope there's no inflicting pleasure from pain going on. You know not some sadistic stuff.... Is that the case? Please get help!

Do I think you should get a Divorce Because of something like that? Of course, my immediate response would be of course yes!

However, let me stay silent with this one and keep my opinions to myself. At least until I hear the whole story. I say just please promise me please you will get help!

Friends? Don't try to forcibly or physically change your spouse. Didn't you marry your spouse for better or worse? In sickness or in health? Remember making those vows? Those words that you said you're to keep them till death do you part.

Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
