Habakkuk would complain to God because of those wicked people called the Babylonians. I'm comparing them to today's terrorists. They should definitely be punished, but God wasn't doing anything to stop them from doing wicked stuff. Sound familiar?
Habakkuk complained and complained to God and asked Him why he is allowing this stuff. Sam also finds herself complaining sometimes . For example, God why don't you let us find a cure for multiple sclerosis? I know you can do it God. Why are you allowing bad people like that guy who shot more than 50 in the Mandalay Bay Massacre do stuff like that? I know you could have prevented that. But you didn't. And, I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who has complaints about that one.
What was God's response to Habakkuk's complaints? Basically he said something to the effect of he knows what's going on and he sees what's going on and I think he's saddened by it but he is allowing it for reasons we don't know.
What is Sam's response from God regarding her complaints? Similar to what he told Habakkuk he sees what's going on, he knows what's going on he feels bad for what's going on, he has his reasons. And, also even though they may not receive justice at this time they will at a later time. And that is a promise God honors.
So, to those people who fall in the category of being wicked people and doing wicked things, you may not have gotten what you deserve in the courtroom and ended up walking off scott-free. Just know, that God knew exactly what you did, and he keeps a record of what was done and you will get what you deserve. Remember God is a just God. That's all I'm going to say about that.
As far as my own personal complaints regarding when will you have a cure for multiple sclerosis? I guess I just have to stop focusing too much on waiting for that cure to happen, but instead focusing on trusting God. Seriously, I need to really be thankful to God for even putting me where I am today with the people I am around today like my husband. Just ask him, and he will tell you that MS is no walk in the park. It is an everyday battle that I go through. However, I have to believe that with God right there in my corner he will help me conquer each day with open arms and a smile on my face. That's it!
