Everywhere But Nowhere

Well, as soon as me and my husband stepped outside this morning we were welcomed by the sight of snow on the ground. And, to that I say we live in Chicago. Yes there is snow on the ground in the month of April! Are we really surprised? LOL

Also I want to give a shout out to two women who were in Bible class yesterday that I gave cards to. First of all my Tita Dory and her sister Alice. I would like to say hello and thank you to Veronica. Veronica was this nice lady I met at Starbucks this morning who got me a cup of hot water! I pray that you three ladies will be encouraged by the writings.

Caregiver Jamekia gave cards over the weekend to her family. Shout out to Briyana her daughter, her mom Joyce, cousin, Tamela and her other cousin Tarena. It's time to dive into my reading this morning.

My old and dearest friend who is a couple years younger than me, Ching, came to my mind this morning. She passed away some years ago. To her loved ones Ching is really nowhere but she's everywhere.

I was looking through my old pictures the other day and I came across her picture. I was thinking back to the day the picture was taken place. Although, she was smiling back at me the reality is that smile was never going to be seen personally. I remember at her wake, another friend pointed out the face that was in the coffin didn't look anything like my friend. That face was dead looking and had no appearance of spirit of life. He was right. That lady in the coffin was missing her High spirited personality people are never going to see again. Here on Earth it that is. Ching is a a daughter of Christ, so her loved ones who also know Christ can rejoice because we'll see her again!

Scripture tells us that God is nowhere but he is definitely everywhere. He lives in our hearts.

You don't see God in physical form. We certainly do not have pictures of God because nobody knows what he looks like. I think that just because of those things he's not here but oh yeah he can be everywhere! Through the trials, through the ups and downs, you name it. God may be nowhere, but he definitely is everywhere!
