Last night my husband and l had Red Lobster for dinner over by Lincolnwood. We both got one of the entrees from the " crab fest" meals. We really were blessed to have a really awesome waiter! Before we paid the bill, I asked Joe if he can get me one of my cards so I can give one to the waiter. At first, he said no. Kind of thought that was weird. Then, I sincerely said please. I really felt like the Lord wanted me to give him one. Then, thank God he gave me one so I can give our waiter. So, then I called Juliano over by us and offered him a card. I told him what I was about. He listened to me and looked at my card, was so thankful and had to leave for a minute. He said that he really needed that. And, when he comes back he will tell me why.
Praise God! That is why I always need to have my cards ready to give out at all times! Juliano, I pray you will be encouraged by my writings! My husband and I definitely have to come back before the crab fest ends!
Friends, If there is any feeling not to share God's words, that is pure evil! Rebuke that in Jesus' name! And, share it!
Okay for this Friday's writing I gave it the title don't put it on! What is Sam talking about? Basically, what I am meaning is this. Don't put on an act. Don't be fake. Just don't put an act on. How many of us actually do that? How many of us can use the word to our names, " Hypocrites"?
Hopefully, not many of you. Because, it's not a good thing to be called. Not really much to say or difficult to comprehend. You know what I mean? Just be who you are don't act someone else's part. Be true and be yourself. There is no need to be acting like someone else. When it comes to your true character don't lie. Express to others your truth. Don't front. And don't hide.
Matthew 23:27-28 NIV
“Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You are like whitewashed tombs, which look beautiful on the outside but on the inside are full of the bones of the dead and everything unclean. In the same way, on the outside you appear to people as righteous but on the inside you are full of hypocrisy and wickedness.
