Shining With The Glory Of God Got Me These.....

Okay some of this stuff in this reading was from yesterday some is from today. I wasn't able to publish yesterday due to editing problems. So, here is the writing from yesterday along with some new shoutouts!

Grrrr! I'm pretty upset right now you know why? I totally forgot the name of the guy that helped me with zipping up my makeup bag earlier. So, let's see if the Lord miraculously makes me remember by the time I get to the end of this writing.

On the flip side, I am uber happy! This guy that I honestly couldn't remember remembered me. His name was Kevin. I was just asking if he can open my treat.

I gave him a card again and He had asked if I had extra ones for his friends Heather and Amanda. So, I hope you three guys are encouraged by the writings and hope you all have a blessed Friday.

Now, this shout-out is from yesterday. Hello to Barry. Barry actually came to me and just said that he has seen me around here at Starbucks. So, that was awesome! Of course I gave him a card. Remember,

Barry and all others I gave cards to, come as close as you did today if you want to say hi. My eyes are so weird!  Thank you for stopping to say hi and introducing yourself. I'm so encouraged! I pray you will be encouraged by my writings! 

Thank you to Pat, for picking up my earring on the floor that I dropped! I pray you will be encouraged by my writings as well. Again, it was okay you couldn't put my earring on. Maybe I should do what you're doilng! Get some clip-ons!

That whole incident with what happened with Barry yesterday totally goes with what I am going to write about today.

Pause break! Praise God! I remember the name of the guy that helped me zipclose my makeup bag. His name was Jake! Jake, I pray you will be encouraged by the writings. Have a great weekend!

Isn't God good? God is good! God is good? All the time! All the time? God is good!

Well, I apologize because this writing is uber long already. 

What I wanted to talk about was this. Are you or me

or he or she or us or they being or doing this?

I'm talking about being a good example of a Christ child? Are we doing certain things 

that set us apart from the norm of the world. Kind of like 

ask yourselves this question. Do we stick out? Because, folks we really should. Stick out in a good way of course.

Just this last weekend, I went to a wedding. And, you guys know that we have assigned  tables but not assigned seating. This older lady but very pretty and very wise sat next to me. She ended up to be my sister in Christ. AKA a born-again Christian believer. We hit it off awesome! We had stories to share with each other, how Christ was working in our lives.  We also shared times of turbulence that came our way and how Christ redeemed us to victory!

And, we even spoke about our love for the Chicago Bears. She mentioned that her family members a season ticket holder. 

She had mentioned that she will try to get me tickets. She said definitely before November because then it will get cold. She texted me the other day asking me if I would be available for this certain Chicago Bears game. Guess who's going to the Bears game against the Jets? And, she even made sure I had handicapped seating accessibility for the game.

I asked Ruth, how did we meet again? I totally forgot. She had mentioned it was just something about the aroma or atmosphere around me that made her want to sit by me. Friends, that was the glory of Christ shining all around me! 

That's exactly what I'm talking about! I should really make a bumper sticker that says, " Shining With the glory of Christ  may get you Bears tickets!". It did for me! :)
