That Was Really Big

Play for the Audio Version

Shout out happy Monday to Rahul! Thank you for zipping up my makeup bag. I pray you will be encouraged by the writings!  This morning when we were on our way to Starbucks Joe noticed something when we were waiting in the car.  And, that was this. There was an African women walking to work, I gather.  It was pouring rain outside and still is actually. My husband just started cracking up because he saw the woman holding an umbrella that can fit a whole football team and seriously. Well, not seriously. You guys get it.

I was thinking oh, I want to laugh too. But with my crazy eyes, I knew it wasn't going to be able to share in the comedic view of the lady with the huge umbrella. So, I just stopped thinking about it for a second.  Then my eyes are blinded by this huge red and white striped umbrella walking in the sidewalk. Wow, oh yeah I guess I was pretty big if I can see it . I couldn't help myself and Joe said I was just laughing and smiling all big looking at the lady. Joe said she was looking at me, probably wondering why I was laughing, well, directly and looking straight at her. Those definitely livened moods, which was definitely needed considering raining and my wheelchair

Isn't that a good combination according to my husband's Deep Thoughts he shared with me this morning.  This little morning happening, made me think of this. I thought of God. Are you asking yourselves and....

Well, let me elaborate talk more about what I mean. You see, our God truly and really does care! No doubt he heard in my heart that I wanted to laugh too!

He heard that in my mind oh, and he provided! What about you guys? Is there something you're not able to do the same anymore because of a disability? Have you tried asking God 2 largely enhance or do whatever would be more in your comfort zone so you will be able to do that thing like you used to do before? Kind of like the big red and white striped aumbrella frqom that one lady.  Prints and Stripes usually bother my eyes. But it didn't today! :-)

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him and he will make straight your pants!
