Victory Over Bondage

Let me rewind my life. Let's go all the way back to when I was in my early teens. Around the time I first became a born-again Christian believer.

Before I continue my story, let me ask you guys a rhetorical questio. Perhaps, you will choose to ponder over?

My question is this. " Are you feeling attacked? I am talking more along the lines of a bad spiritual attack.

There are a number of ways the attack can happen. Maybe an almost uncontrollable addiction to pornography? Visitations by evil ones in your dreams? The evil situation by ISIS. Mental and physical abuse by strangers or loved ones.

You guys may not think it's real. But, believe me it's real. I remember, back when I was 16, I was going through some pretty evil stuff. And at the time my pastor's wife was helping me overcome that. I remember we went through the 10 steps to Freedom, the bondage breaker and other things.

Did it work? I will just say that to this day, it still bothers me. However, definitely a lot less than before. Things happen to us in the case of this I
writing I will say bad things. And when those bad things happen, we have no control. We need to call out to God. He definitely can help Us. It's just up to him how he will help us.

Fellow Christians. Did you remember that we need to put on the full armor of God? We need to be mindful and really remember to arm ourselves by putting on the full armor of God. That armor is supposed to protect us from the evil ones attacks. I believe  that  putting on the armor of God is a great start to gaining victory over bondage. What about you? Are you wearing the armor of God?

Ephesians 6:10 - 17

Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
