DTFS Promise Series Part 10: Promise To Have A Plan For Our Life

Is the title of this writing truly a Deep Thought that would once in a while come in your mind? Think about that for a second. We, humans are right where we are because God
would like us here. He has a plan for our lives.
I believe I guess you can look at it as a lifelong Divine appointment by God. Woah there. Isn't that deep? :)

Let's take a look at our own lives. What are we doing everyday? What people are we often seeing day by day? Are we spending a little time with God? A lot of time? Are we around people who don't know God but are open to hearing more about God? Or are we around people day to day who don't want to know anything about God? And,
Sometimes we find ourselves in situations where we just feel so out of my comfort zone!

On the really minus side do you just find yourself in a situation where you see that by bad things happening in your life from your life things just aren't fair?

I'm thinking that I hit some buttons on people out there. I know I did for myself. Let me offer some of my deep thoughts considering the above questions.

If we are always around people who don't know God, here is a deep thought. Maybe God put you in those people's lives, because you are meant to tell them about God. Or they are supposed to find God from watching the actions and the words you say in your own life? Or maybe, God just wants you to pray for them?

On the flip side, maybe we are always around super godly people! Are we always around more mature Christians? If so, I see that as being God's way of making us more aware of our lives as Christian believers. Maybe, this is God's way of making us feel convicted for things we may or may not be doing?

We may be in situations where
we seem to always be out of our comfort zone? Do you think those are the times when
God is purposely allowing that because he's patiently waiting for you to ask him for help or strength or patience or whatever.

Jeremiah 29:11

For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.

Proverbs 3:5-6

Trust in the Lordwith all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.

Romans 8:28

And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.

Proverbs 16:9

The heart of man plans his way, but the Lord establishes his steps.
