I began writing  yesterday so keep that in mind. :)
What comes to mind this morning is this. Pretty wise words from Greg Laurie. Greg Laurie is an American author and pastor. He is the senior pastor of Harvest Christian Fellowship in Corona California.

In one of his Bible devotions, Pastor
Greg speaks about how one doesn't know what it is to be truly happy until they feel truly unhappy. He mentioned this- "Happy people are unhappy people, because Jesus said, “Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.”

I could totally see that. And, that's why I am beyond thankful that our God is a God that  says in His word he will bring comfort to His children!
 I very much agree
with a quote from Pastor Greg. He said, " When you really mourn for your condition and repent of it, you can experience the true happiness that God wants you to experience." :)

Wht doe the bible say about this?

2 Corinthians 1:3-4

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.

Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.

Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”

Psalm 119:76

Let your steadfast love comfort me according to your promise to your servant.

This is my comfort in my affliction, that your promise gives me life.

“Blessed are those who mourn, for th

ey shall be comforted
