Tongue Series Part 3: The Voice Of Praise

Just like people get anger in their voice, I definitely believe people can
also have good in their voice by praising  someone, encouraging someone,  just saying something nice to someone and giving their spirits a lift. Just makes people feel good! You get what I mean?  I love when I speak to someone and make them smile. Maybe just by complimenting someone's nice outfit or by giving someone a word of good advice.  My husband always tells me, he likes it better when I smile then when my eyes are looking sad and filled with tears. Who likes that?  Right? If you think about it, maybe all someone needs to hear to brighten their day is : Hi, Have a nice day, or even Smile because Jesus loves you! I remember saying that to a person once because I just felt like it, and I really believe I made that person's day or morning rather! Maybe, you would more so prefer nonverbal communication, so just smile at someone? I have to say that might be different for women, unless you are trying to grab a guys attention, so be careful. :)

Unless, the Lord's will was for people to be born with no voice, we were all born with a voice.  Some can make beautiful melodies with their voice and inspire people. Some were gifted by using their voice to encourage people by their preaching skills of the word of God, etc.  Being a wife, I feel like I should throw this in too.  Wives, please don't forget to utilize your voice to tell your husband how much you appreciate him for various things he does for you. I know I tend to forget much. And, husbands love to hear that!

See, there are certainly positive ways to use the voice as well as negative. I actually prefer the "good" way to use the voice,  However, that is not always doable. We can try and try and try but I'm pretty positive that "good" voice will eventually turn over to the "bad" side. I guess I want to just end this writing by trying to encourage the readers to try to use the "good" in your voice when speaking to people. It just makes people smile. :)
