MOMS

Her children stand and bless her. Her husband praises her: "There are many virtuous and capable women in the world, but you surpass them all!" Charm is deceptive, and beauty does not last; but a woman who fears the LORD will be greatly praised. Reward her for all she has done. Let her deeds publicly declare her praise.
Maybe you are like me and have more than one mother figure. Of, course nothing can replace my genuine mom who gave birth to me. However we can definitely have other motherly figures in our life. And  I'm so thankful to the Lord for blessing me with my other moms.

This afternoon, I want to talk about one of my moms. Her name is Carmen.  Carmen is seriously an angel sent from God because he knew I needed the help and loving care she always shows me. Carmen is there for me when I need help. And when she can't be there she feels horrible.   It's really okay every worker needs a lunch time LOL

Before my parents even met Carmen, she was already a big help to me with whatever I needed  I remember one time I came home and she wheeled me up to my room,  but didn't stop there. She took my boots off, then my HAT, gloves and my scarf off. She made sure I was sitting comfortably on the couch, plugged in my cell phone and my charger, made sure I had the remote,  put my hair in a ponytail, and she even took me to the bathroom and made sure I was Secure on the toilet LOL Then since I was feeling a little weaker she carried me back to the couch LOL. Imagine how that went when we both weigh the same! The bible story of David and Goliath came to mind right now LOL

Years later my parents ended  up meaning Carmen. And, I'm pretty sure they really appreciate the love and care that she gives to me as well! I am really blessed because do you know of any maintenance lady that would do all that stuff? Thank you God that Carmen works in the same condo I live in!

Encouraging thought of the day:

Why don't  you tell your mom you love her? Then tell God thank you for giving you your mom or moms.
