I wouldn't say that idol worship is satanic. Don't get me wrong. Please read this carefullly. All I know is if it's not Jesus Christ you're worshiping then it's wrong. Whatever or whoever you do choose to worship, if it's not Jesus Christ, then it's wrong.
I'm talking about not Jesus Christ worshippers. Please think of it as wrong if what you do choose to Worship Is Not Jesus Christ.
So, the moral of this writing is yes idol worship is bad! Think about it. What are you guys doing when you are doing the idol worshiping? You're doing stuff that is disobeying God. They did that in the Old Testament. I remember one of the stories about them worshipping Baal. Anyhow, we all know that Satan doesn't like God, right? So, if you choose to worship idols, that right there is already disobeying God. Satan whispered in your ear to do that because it would make God mad. That's not good.
I guess that's really the main point I want to make with you guys. God doesn't want us to worship idols. Satan doesn't like God. Satan is going to try to use the people of God to make God mad and to disobey him.
I don't mean to scare you but that is pretty scary. It doesn't have to be so don't worship idols and just worship Jesus Christ!
