Before I begin to do my reading for the day. I want to just tell 2 guys that I met yesterday at Starbucks, Hello Joe and Mark! I pray that you guys will be encouraged by my writings and it was awesome meeting you guys.
Anyways, when I want to go to Starbucks my caregiver just tells me to text her and then she usually meets me there. Isn't that awesome? Believe me it is. The caregiver I had before. She had like a look of death when she was at Starbucks. Lol. I believe that was God telling me time to get a new caregiver.
Perhaps, many of my readers share in how I feel about the subject of worry. What I mean, and what I am referring to is my thinking that, if there is such a word, I would be labeled a worriedaholic . Nope, that's not even a word. My phone tried to change the word to the predictive text.
Most people, well in particular my husband. He always tells me don't worry about it. That is just not too simple for me. I just can't help not worrying because I am that kind of person and I like to worry. Well I don't like it. Of course I don't like it. I just can't help it.
What does Jesus want me to do about that? It is simple. It clearly says in the Bible he doesn't want us to worry and to cast anxiety on him because he cares for you. (1 Peter 5:7)
I guess when I'm stuck on worrying I have to stop. I have to stop the worrying because God knows exactly what I need. He has a specific time he is going to provide. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. (Matthew 6:31–33).
So, the moral of this writing is to turn your worries into prayers. Pray to God that he will fill your mind with thoughts of joyous things. Try to remember that you can give all your worries to God. He wants them. All of them Because he cares for us. Turn your worries into prayers. And, just turn the beat around.
