Are You Worried? (Don't Be!)

Before i start my writing. I need to catch up on my shoutouts. First of all Hello to Tamara. She was on the bus and my caregiver gave her a card and Hello to Caroll my caregiver gave her a card on the train and Amanda a new manager here at Starbucks. Thank you Aundrewell my caregiver  for typing this out for me. I did a little but my hands are bothering me.

I don't know about you, but it really does seem like  Everybody who's anybody will get anxious and begin to worry incessantly. And may even lead you to  saying hurtful words to other people, perhaps your own loved ones?

I don't know but, All I know  is worrying or being anxious sucks!  I am thinking it has to be from the  evil one. I really am not sure if it is. Perhaps that would be something interesting to do some research on?  Na... I will probably just get  the thought  from Joe  And if he doesn't know we would ask pastor.  Anyway let's continue my writing..

Right now,  The Bible verse 1Peter 5:7  which says to us , " Cast all anxiety on him because he cares for you." is  What's..popping in my head. I know it's not saying that feelings of worry will stop immediately,  but it should still be very  comforting  to know that Jesus  says to cast all anxiety on him because he cares for us.

So, well I guess that's it! If you are a believer which I hope you are, then let those words in the above  paragraph comfort you. When I get into situation like that, where I feel trapped or I just don't know what to do, I pray. I cast all my anxieties  on Jesus  because he cares for me. Actually,  earlier this morning I was in a (situations). Do you know what happen? After I called on the name of Jesus he helped me. It may have been a little help or temporary help. But he helped me. Thank you Jesus. Before I end my writing I want to give a shoutout to Tony. I pray that you and the other people my caregiver gave a card to will be encouraged  by my writing. Remember  keep smiling!

Encouraging thought of the day: When you need help call on Jesus, but don't just call him when you need help. Call on him all the time. Call him when you happy, thankful, worried, or scared. When you worry your face will frown and that will bring everyone down.
