Happy Monday everybody! Before I send my writing, I want to give a shout out to Gina! Get this. What a wonderful start to my Monday! So my caregiver is not here yet, by the way. Tiny, she is going to be my new caregiver while my girly is gone due to health reasons.
Anyway, so I asked Gina if she can get me a cup of hot water. And She gladly said she would. She said that she sees me in here all the time. Now it's nice to put a name to a face. Well, I mean, I usually can't really see anything anyway LOL. Thank you, Gina, and thank you for the nice compliment! I pray you'll be encouraged by my writings!
Oh man, I think the Starbucks workers forgot about me. They're not coming and giving me hot water. Oh well, I guess I'll just wait for Tiny. She's on her way anyway. Oh well, at least I met a really nice girl named Gina! I guess the Lord just wanted me to give her a card and for me to be encouraged!
Oh, and before I forget, I would like to give a shout out to two people Tiny gave a card to last week. Sandra Humphrey and Reginald Adams, I hope y'all will be encouraged by my writings!
I don't know, but last night this one scenario came in my head. I was probably around 15 years old. So, that was a long time ago and not something that will be repeated. Nope! I had my first real boyfriend at the age of 15. It was when I had my first kiss. That's old age back then. People had their first kiss at like 11 or 12. Anyway, here's my story. When my husband first heard about this no doubt he was surprised, but of course, that was in the past. I'm sure he has his own skeletons in his closet. We're both not going to trip over it. All that matters is the "now!"
When I was around 15, there was a really cute white boy. He was the bad boy kind of type that naive girls like me, once upon a time, were drawn to. I really never thought anything about him before because I had a boyfriend and he had a girlfriend. Oh, by the way, he has the same name as my husband but with the letter Y in the end. Isn't that funny? And, he had a girlfriend with the same name as me. I know right isn't this crazy? One night I remember this one incident. The Lord probably made me remember it because it totally goes with the Genesis Series. To make a long story short, people shouldn't have kissed other people in relationships, even if it was nonchalant.
Oh wait, pause break, they did get my hot water and this lady named Kelsey came and gave it to me. So I just met her and give her a card, of course! Girl, I pray you will be encouraged by my writings. Oh man, I just found out her age. I'm getting old. LOL
This reminds me of the Bible story of Sarah and Abraham. Remember they were trying so hard to have a child? However, Sarah couldn't have a child because the Lord closed her womb. Apparently, Sarah really wanted a baby. She totally disrespected God's will for her life. She basically ordered her husband Abraham to have sex with her maidservant Hagar. Sarah totally defiled the sacredness of marriage. Sex is a gift from God that he gave for a husband and a wife to enjoy. Apparently, Sarah didn't honor that, folks.
You know I'm also thinking about two other celebrities like that who pretty much did not respect their marriage bed. I'm not going to share their names because I don't think I should and I don't want to. The scenario with this couple was deeper than just kissing anyone they wanted. This was that they can have the "s" word with anyone they wanted. Now that is sad. Come on!
If you guys are in a committed relationship then stay committed to one another. Fellow married couples, let's do the same and stay committed to our spouse.

Genesis 2:24 ESV
Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.
Matthew 5:28 ESV
But I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lustful intent has already committed adultery with her in his heart.
Hebrews 13:4 ESV
Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled, for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterous.
