So, yes he does! And, I have to stop thinking otherwise. Friends we all have to stop thinking otherwise. I mean if that's what we are even thinking.
I know. I totally get what you're thinking. Because, there are times Sam feels that way too. Do you all think when doctors told me I had MS, my first thought was oh God loves me so he totally going to help me through this! To that, my response is a big fat NOT EVEN CLOSE! I mean no! It was probably more of a feeling of nope guess God doesn't love me if he's to make me go through something like this!!!
Then, probably after clearing my mind and takinga deep breath, good thing the Holy Spirit got to me! Totally felt different. I felt this unexplainable ease because I know that the truth was that God loved me and he was going to help me through this all the way until the end of the finish line! There was like this wave of comfort dad was brushing over me.
Yeah, that should be my thoughts all the days of my life. However, the evil one likes to take the negative aspects side of things and make you forget about the positive. It likes to put different thoughts in our minds that always sound bad. Thoughts that always make God seem like he's doing bad things in our lives. When that just sounds crazy! Doesn't it? God may allow things that may seem to be very uncomfortable in our lives, but we have to remember. Even if he does we have to know he provides help and comfort. God loves us so much! Let's choose to delight in him!
Philippians 4:13 NIV
I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength
Psalm 37:4 NIV
Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart.
1 Corinthians 10:13 NIV
No temptation has seized you except what is common to man, God is faithful he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear, but when you are tempted you also provide a way for you to stand up under it.
Psalm 86:17 NIV
