Thank you very much to Marco for picking up my lipstick cover on the floor. I'm praying you will be encouraged by the writing. Also, a shout out to Reid. Thanks for picking up my sunglasses that fell. I also pray that you would be encouraged by my writings.
For today's writing, I'm going to flip it around a little bit. What I mean is I'm going to share an interesting story I read in the Bible just recently. I read it this morning.
I will just paraphrase a brief synopsis because I'm just going by memory. However, in the end, I will share the Bible story so you can check it out for yourselves. So, please excuse me if some of the story seems fabricated but it's still very truthful. Basically, the context is the same. The verbiage may be off in some spots.
Okay, basically there were two women who had baby sons. When one woman woke up she found her son dead in her arms. When the other one woke up her baby was alive not in her arms,
The woman with the deceased son switched the baby with the son that was alive. Both mothers were telling the king that the kid was their baby. Check out what King Solomon did so he can find out who the real mother is.
So the king told the two mothers to split the baby in half so they each would have the baby. One of the mothers was basically cool with that and said that was fair. The other mother did not want them to hurt the baby so she was willing to give the baby to the other mother. Because this mother did not want to hurt the baby, King Solomon knew that was her child and not the other woman's.
God totally put that thought in King Solomon's mind. That was totally a Deep Thought from God. What about you guys? Have you had any Deep Thoughts From God lately?
