Hey Arlette thank you for getting me a straw! Hi Hi Charles thank you for getting my card by yourself and giving it to Arlette as well.
Shout out to Reid and thank you we're getting me one of the biggest straws!
My GA ( google assistant) defines empathy as, "The ability to understand the feelings of another. Yep, that's a pretty good definition to me. Yes, that is definitely to the point. Who can you guys empathize with? Or, who do you think empathizes with you?
When someone can empathize with you it's kind of comforting. Isn't it? When you can empathize with someone else it's probably comforting to them.
I don't know what to say. It just makes you feel some type of way when empathy is involved. For example it's nice when someone can empathize with you. It brings up what I spoke about before about commonalities. He or she understanding more than somebody else who never really went through what you went through or are going through.
Or, let's take a look at us empathizing with other people. I am pretty sure that the other person can totally appreciate that we can empathize with them. I don't think we need to know 100% of what the other person is feeling. However, even if we know a little, we're a lot closer
to having their similar feeling then other people who are not able to empathize with them at all.
Personally, I can pretty much empathize with the Bible character of Sarah, Abraham's wife. I'm just talking about her inability to bear children for some time. Definitely not the infidelity part she forced on her husband. Talk about messing with God's will. And, in such a crazy, horrible, just sick way! Anyway.
Similar to Sarah, I was told I would never be able to have kids. Then I became pregnant a few times. Apparently the doctor was wrong with that. Only God has the final say. Only people who have lost children while carrying them in your womb for several months would be able to empathize with me. Otherwise, if they did not go through that then how would they be able to empathize with me?
Yes, I do believe God will put people in our lives that can empathize with us. More importantly, the people that are put in our lives can lovingly listen to us, and maybe try their hardest to understand us. Definitely, some people are put in our lives at just the right time to pray for us.
Let me end with an encouraging deep thought. Just the other day, I have no idea why but I wanted to touch base with an old friend and I just messaged her just to see how she was doing. And, this friend of mine wasn't doing too well. Well, she was having some family problems.
So, I listened, well actually I read the Facebook message. And, then I prayed for her. She really encouraged me because she said that she swears I always touch base with her at the times she really needs prayer and is going through problems with her family.
I told you guys, God sees if you are in trouble. God cares, and God will send someone your way when you need a friend. When you need a friend just to listen to you, give you a nice hug, to pray for you, or whatever it is you may need. In my friend's case, it was friends case, it was have a friend reach out to her on Facebook messager.
Do you need help? Why don't you try asking Jesus for some help? He will always help.
Rejoice with those who rejoice, weep with those who weep.
Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.
Like the song says, everyone needs compassion the kindness
Jesus our savior is!
Jesus our savior is!
