When we first meet people , after it is more than we just heard of these people, type thing. They are like an acquaintance.
Then, maybe we will regard them as someone we speak to more than that. Next, after that the term would be, like a conversance. That person is someone you see every now an d then. You are more familiar with the per and can carry conversations
As time goes by and you see this person more and get to know more about this person, he or she may then carry the name of being a friend, or best friend, then best friend that you've grown close with. You are now having a personal relationship with this person.
And, that is where we want to be with Jesus. We don't want to just have in our minds, "oh yeah I know about that guy!" You don't want to just be thinking, " Oh I heard of that guy!"
You don't want Jesus to be someone you call on only when you need help. Like, if you just found out you're about to die. Or someone is holding a gun to your head.
Don't look at Jesus as the way to a winning
Lottery ticket, and then you never speak with him again. No, don't get me wrong I'm not saying you can't ever ask Jesus for help. No, ofcourse you can. Will he answer your prayer exactly the way you want him to? That I won't be able to tell you. Only Jesus knows that. I'm saying don't only talk to Jesus if you're asking for help. When you're in a personal relationship with someone, do you only talk to them when you are asking them for help? No you talk to them in an intimate and personal way Even if you're not asking for help!
Here's something you know many people, myself included could use as a reminder. I personally feel we really need.
And that is this. Don't just be all deciding to reach out for Jesus, and being Mister or Miss holy only on Sunday mornings at the Lord's house. You know what I'm talking about. You will be around people who personally know the Lord or just know of the Lord or are just acquaintances of the Lord. I dont know what their status is with the Lord. Don't worry too much about their relationship with the Lord. Be mindful, that you may be in the Lord's House. So, of course be respectful of that. I'm just saying the way you act in the Lord's House should be how we should act even when we're not in the Lord's House. You hear what I'm saying Samantha?! All the days of our lives!
You all know what I'm talkin about! And, today i
is Sunday. Here comes happy faces from many people. Question is, will they be genuine? My suggestion is make things right with the Lord first and ask him to help you make that happy face a valiid and genuine face. :-)

Is what I'm saying making sense to us people? What are we going to do about it?
Do we have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ l? Do we know what a personal relationship with Jesus Christ? Don't tell me. I don't want to know where you guys are with your relationship or not relationship.
Don't tell me what you're going to do. I don't need to know. Nor, do I want to know. I felt really passionate and fiery when
I did the writing this morning.
Can I get a witness?
If anyone thinks he is religious and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his heart, this person's religion is worthless.
And the Lord said: “Because this people draw near with their mouth and honor me with their lips, while their hearts are far from me, and their fear of me is a commandment taught by men,
“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.’
