Before I get into the writing this morning I just want to say "Hello!" and give a shout out to three people I met two days ago when me and my caregiver, Glady, went to Mariano's.
So, shout out to Zeran, Shirley, and Mariam. Thank you guys for accepting my card! I pray you will be encouraged by my writings!
What comes to mind is one of my best, dearest, and closest girlfriends! Her name is Ty (pronounced like Tea.) I'm sure that I'm not the only one. There probably are people out there who have that one particular friend. I had that one friend you are so close with, yet you only talk every couple months if even that. Then, when you finally communicate it is so natural. It seems like you talk every day! I used to have that kind of relationship with my girlfriend Ching. However, she passed away. Tragic, and very sad!
What also comes to mind is staying in touch with God. Fellow believers, pray oh, we keep in touch with God through prayer. Do some of us get so wrapped up and fixated on how we are praying sometimes? Are we on our knees on the are our hands folded and are our eyes closed?
Seriously, do we concentrate on the how we are saying our prayers? The verbiage? I confessed to doing that. I'm forgetting something. You may be forgetting something.
And, that is this. I don't think God cares how you pray for the quantity of how much you pray. I believe that God looks at our hearts before anything else brand does that make sense?
When people ask you for prayer, I don't I think the response should be bombarding the person with questions after questions. No, when people ask me to pray for something I will pray right then and there, if not then I will definitely jot it down in my phone because more than likely I will forget.
Friends, Prayer is communication with God. Prayer is keeping in touch with God. If you need to pray for something just ask someone.
When you pray to God, remember he already knows what you're going to be praying for. I guess for him it's just nice to hear us ask.
Let's pray. Thank you God that we can call out to you when we need you and you hear us. I do you think that deep that is something we all should remember. You chose to want to hear us. And you already know where we're going to ask for before we even ask. The guy said I guess it's just nice to hear us ask and to believe that you will answer. We love you Lord and we praise you in Jesus name amen
