His Thing

Play for the Audio Version

I am back. I have to give a shout out
to China. She
Is my replacement caregiver. Thank you for accepting my card and I pray you will be encouraged by the writings!

Right? The title of my writing is totally what it is.
I'm talking about "His will."Does that make sense to you?

How many people out there, and myself included really go more on 'my' personal will?

That's how it goes sometimes. Most times. I don't know about you guys but there are times when I basically don't really like what God's will is for my life! So, I say no that's okay God, and push His will off to the side and do my own thing!

Yes, of course I know that is not what should happen. Don't misunderstand. I mean I do have a little bit of a say in it. Remember, I can always pray
for what I literally want out of something.

Oh yes, we can always pray for "xyz." But, in the end of the prayer it should always end with whatever it is that will end up happening will be God's will.

Remember, he knows what is best for us. Remember,
His will is the perfect will! Only God is the one that knows everything every little thing about us. We ourselves don't even know everything about ourselves. Remember he knows our past present and future! Can you say that about yourself? I mean everything about our past present and future. I didn't think so.

Seriously folks, we need to be really mindful that we are putting the ball in the Lord's court, so to speak. I repeat pray pray pray all you want. And then end the prayer with May the Lord's will be done!

Romans 12:2 Do nots be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.

1 Thessalonians 5:18

Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

1 Peter 2:15

For this is the will of God, that by doing good you should put to silence the ignorance of foolish people.

1 Thessalonians 4:3

For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you abstain from sexual immorality;

Matthew 6:10

Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
