Overwhelming

I mean Happy Tuesday!
Play for the Audio Version

Were you guys ever faced with what to you guys seemed unconquerable?  Do you understand my question? Let me elaborate more on what I mean.

Perhaps, you are struggling with an incurable disease? Or,  maybe you are stuck in a twisted marriage?  Maybe your children are like the prodigal child.  Meaning, the child ran away from home to do bad stuff. Then, after sometime is sorry and returns home.

What comes to mind are the words stressed, worried, or overwhelmed.
Sometimes He allow such crap to happen in our lives until we realize that we can't get through it without the help of God.

Pastor Greg Laurie said. " Sometimes God will allow something big and scary. It might be a problem. It might be a challenge. It might even be an opportunity. But, all you know is that it’s massive, and there is no way you can deal with it in your own strength. For many, the greatest difficulty is getting to the place where they are willing to admit they need God. It’s that place where they are willing to admit the thing they’re facing is too big for them and that if God doesn’t come through, then they won’t get through it
That is not a bad place to be."

Similar to what I was saying before. about believing In Jesus Christ? Accepting Him?  Welcoming and  inviting Him to come live in your heart?  Remember when  I spoke about that?

Well, basically  I am pretty much about to point out the same concept. Say
for example we are in the middle of such crap. We would really appreciate God's help. Yep, we are just waiting for God to intercede and offer his help to us.

Because we do all know that God is just so perfect and good. That, if he sees us humans in trouble? He is guaranteed to help us. RIGHT?

WRONG! OH SO WRONG! Except yes God is good and perfect! The sad thing is this. People
who do not have a relationship with God probably do not read the bible and will miss an important thing. See,  the important thing is that God gave us all free will.

Lets define free will.
My GA says, "the power of acting without the constraint of necessity or fate; the ability to act at one's own discretion."

Well, thank you Google Assistant for such a  wordy and eloquent definition of the words free will.Free will in my definition is this.
What God gave all humans.
Because of free will, all humans are able to make up and utilize their own mind when needing to make a decision.

Then what happens? Well, this is what I think. These people will most likely get disappointed or mad at God because He refused to help them.

However, my Deep Thought is this. Unbelievers have no right to get angry at God for not helping them. First of all, nonbelievers don't even believe in God. Hence, unbelievers. Hence, not a believer! TOUCHE?

Let me offer another Deep Thought. God may not be interested in helping one because of this reason.  God has a plan for our lives. And, sometimes we have our own plans for our own lives. What may be the problem?

God has a plan for
you, but He won’t force His plan in your life. Pastor Greg says, "You can botch or sabotage the plan, or you can cooperate with the plan. That is up to you. God will not force His purpose in your life."

Matthew 19:26

But Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

2 Timothy 1:7

For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.

Psalm 119:105

Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path
