And, yeah I get it. I mean well I kind of get it. I am no celebrity, but I have heard things. I mean coming from a non-celebrity what I see is this.
The celebrity has enough money! They have enough money to always get their bills paid! Celebrities have all the money in the world to buy whatever their hearts desire!
Being a celebrity also means fame comes with the name. Everyone knows who you are. There is not a single person that doesn't know your name.
Now, is that enough to make them happy? I mean the glitz and the glam! The fame! Shouldn't that be enough?
Well, I certainly cannot speak for every celebrity. However, I will share what I've heard. It really sparked my interest.
"The actor Jim Carrey said, ‘I think everyone should get rich and famous and do everything they dreamed of so they can see that it is not the answer.
Madonna said something
like she would not be happy until she is as famous as God!" ( Nicky Gumbel - 1 year Bible)

Jim Carrey's words were really surprising to me. Not that I don't agree that all the money in the world and fame is not the answer. However, Just the fact that their words were released to the public? It's more likely that celebrities may have hidden feelings about the reality of their happiness, or how they truly feel about Happiness. Words like that don't usually get out.
What do I feel? Well, no I don't think being showered with all the money in the world will bring you eternal happiness! I don't think having all the money in the world including fame will always keep you happy on earth as well.
You all probably have an idea of what I'm going to say next. Yup, you got it. My Deep Thoughts are this. The only way to be guaranteed eternal happiness is by knowing Jesus Christ as your pesonal Lord and saviour!
THAT'S IT! ¹John 5:11-12 (NIV) says: " And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life.
Oh yeah. And, as far as thoughts regarding Madonna's words? Saying That she would not be truly happy until she is as famous as God. Well, that is just really sad to read. What are your Deep Thoughts about this writing?
