D. Appointments

Happy Saturday! The husband and I are actually on the way home back to the condo because Joe had an eye appointment. I am so blessed because when we got married he came to my eye doctor who I've been seeing since I could remember. So, he had his eye appointment.

This morning as we are on our way home I decided to do my reading. Remember, I utilize the voice to text function on my phone so since it's going to be like 2 hours or an hour, I mean, why not?  Now is a good time to be writing my blog for the day.

As I said earlier, my husband had an appointment. I'm thinking that that is what our God definitely prepares for his creation.   Sorry if you are lost. What I mean is God has Divine appointments for all people.  Folks, you guys are exactly where you are and doing exactly what you were doing because that's what God wants for you right now. Do you believe that? I believe that. I hope you believe that.

As we are driving home, there is a car in front of us that keeps breaking super early, leaving my husband and I in the state where we might really get hurt. Thank you God that didn't happen. I totally see it as that person was driving all crazy because that is his Divine appointment by God.  And that is all I will say about that.

My friends, the Divine appointments given by God and prepared by God can be either good or bad for us. It really stinks when they are bad. However, why do you think God allows it? I'm thinking God allows that because he wants to strengthen us he wants us to call on him for the strength. And he does say in his word that he will give us strength if we just ask him.

Encouraging thought of the day

Be thankful for your medical professionals and the relationship you have with them. If you don't have a good relationship with them maybe it's time to find a new doctor.

Philippians 4:13 ESV

I can do all things through him who strengthens me.

Deuteronomy 31:6 ESV

Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.”

Proverbs 3:5 ESV

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.
