A: Adoration "If we are truly believers in God let's let him know how much we adore him! "
C: Confession " Uh Oh!' Is there something you did that you know was totally against the will of God? We really need to tell God, confess that sin and ask him for forgiveness. Just know that he can give it to you. Do you believe that?
T: Thanksgiving "We must not ever forget to just feel and say thank you to God for what He has given us.
S: Supplication "Do you have a need? Do you believe God can provide that need if it is in His will? Remember, he knows what is good for you!

This, then, is how you should pray:
Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from the evil one.
