Genesis Series Part 33: Wow, He Sure Does!

Happy Thursday morning! The title of today's reading is " wow God sure does! " Sure does what Sam? Is that what you all are thinking? Oh, I almost forgot.  Yesterday me and the caregiver took the pace van home. When I was When I was riding in the back seat they gave you a card to this lady sending in the back with me one of my cards. Then when my driver, Pamela, brought me home Aundrewell gave Pamela a card as well. I pray that you Doris and Pamela are encouraged by the writings!

If you all read the writing for yesterday, you read how I wrote about Joe being sick but even though he feels sick, he still goes to work. I guess that could be a good thing or a bad thing. Like I said yesterday, it's an admirable quality, I guess. However, if I was still doing the work thing and feeling sick, even just a little bit? You will find me snuggled up in bed probably watching The Chew, and Steve Harvey....etc.

Anyway, today is a different story. Joe ended up being really frustrated with himself because he did not want to miss work. And, I think it was also mixed with him feeling frustrated because he probably felt like he had to take care of me and he was sick.  Well he asked me if I was having my caregiver come today. I said yes, that is her job. And, he was frustrated within himself because he said he would feel inclined to help me while she's here.

Uh-oh. Now, what was I going to say? Fellow wives, if you ever find ourselves in the situation where you don't know what to say and you don't what to do try what I'm about to say. Sound Familiar? I'm guessing you don't want to sound like you know better then your husband. Basically, you don't want to sound more Superior then your husband. Yeah, I think that's what I'm trying to say. So, if any of that stuff is happening, then do this. Absolutely nothing. Say absolutely nothing and do absolutely nothing. My scenario continues with me saying a silent prayer to God. Now, he's snoring right next to me. Kinda soundding different probably because his nose is all clogged up.

Anyway, moral of this story with Joe was he was kind of in a predicament. Gave it to God, and he provided. Joe is peacefully resting now and not stressing. No chance for him to be liable so to speak for contaminating his fellow coworkers of his illness.

I am comfortably doing my writing on the bed where I can comfortably speak my words and type if I have to an
on my phone. So, I should be all done with it by the time Aundrewell comes.

In the ending chapters of the Book of Genesis in the story of Joseph, here's where God provided. When the brothers were with Joseph and still didn't know who he was, Joseph had a plan. Joseph but one of his cups in one of the brothers bag. He pretended to find it and then accused them of being thieves and spies. He knew they really weren't. He just wanted  something to happen so he can say go back and bring your father and youngest brothe back here to me so I know that you are not spies. Joseph just wanted to see his father and his real brother from the same mother.

Look at that. God provided a way for Joseph to see his real brother, Benjamin from their mother Rachel. And, be his father!
