Can you imagine being without a name for yourself. People who needed your attention would just refer to you by saying, " hey you, hey buddy, or maybe they would go up in your face and just start talking?" All I know is that they wouldn't call out a name because you don't have one. You really don't have any identity.
That would not be good. Right? No, because we all need identity. Now, do you see what's up with driver's licenses State ID's, Birth Certificates, Social Security numbers, etc. Do you get now why they are so important? If someone would steal and begin utilizing those types of " someone else's" documents for themselves, then the real owner and genuine person those documents belong to would be screwed! Perhaps after months or years, the identity will return to the real owner, or maybe it won't? That, I would not be able to tell you.
See, according to the human level, one can only become truly identified because of important documents. Well, and also by the close family members, like probably the parents. Oh and of course blood work can tell that stuff too.
However, only God can identify you on the deepest level. He knew who you were when you were in your mother's womb. He knew what you were going to become. He knew what you did before, what you're doing now, and what you are going to do in the future. Oh, God knew what you were about, and what you were doing back then. He sees what you are doing now. And, he sees what you will be doing in the future.
Identity is a pretty significant basic human need. Don't you think? That is my Deep Thought.
