That's Not Funny! But, That Is!

Many years ago when I was probably 19, I remember doing the most stupidest thing. I had a pretty pink pager with the Sanrio character Batz Maru chain on it. 

Anyway, for those of you who are way younger, google "pager, or beeper." Yes, those were what we used for forms of communication way back then. Those were the times before Siri , Alexa, and before cellular phones. The times when technology was not that advanced yet. These were times before the internet.

I remember this happened when me and my husband were still early on in our boyfriend-girlfriend relationship. I was still living at home with the parents. Those were the days, of not having to worry about paying for bills. Those were the times when all we had to worry about was how to tell the parents you failed an exam. Or, maybe you were worried if so and so was going to ask you to the Spring Fling dance? Seems silly when you think about it now huh? 

Back then, it was like the end of the world! Easy stuff to worry about like that . Well, when you think about it now it was easy, but not back then.

Anyway, back to the stupid thing I did. One day, I found out I lost my pager. I could not find it anywhere. So, I did one of the top stupidest things I've ever done in my life. I had called a psychic. 

I know right. How could I have been so stupid? Who knows Maybe it was so I can include this in my writing today. :)

Anyway, so that was a mistake. I called left a message sounding desperate and in need of help. Psychic called back and ended up talking to my parents. The psychic played the message for my parents. Again, that was a major fail and huge mistake. Sam was busted. End of story.

Folks, the evil one is the prince of this world. Do you read 

Horoscopes? Do you believe in those mystical Tarot cards? Do you try to find out your future by calling for the help of psychics? Are you one that toys yet at the same time puts their faith in the Supernatural subject matters given by Ouija boards?

Folks, I hope your answer is no. Because, if it's not you're playing with evil. You're inviting evil to come into your life. God does not like that! Satan loves that! We humans, should not like that!

Stuff like that produces demonic influence. 

There's some people that find it funny and just laugh it off. Some people told me Sam, It's not causing us any harm! Sam, you're taking things so seriously! Sam, we're still worshipping God! If you are then good. Who am I to judge? I'm no judge. Please just do me a favor and ask yourself am I worshipping God the way God wants me to worship Him?

Folks, this stuff is real! The devil is prowling around this world looking for his next victim to devour. People, be careful! You don't want to invite him into your life and let him have a foothold over your life.

I asked to my husband after he woke up. He remembered that my pager was found in the parking lot of where I used to work. And my co-workers gave it back to me.

You better believe I was praising God! I never got rid of that thing. Even today, my Pager is safe and stored away in one of my drawers. :-) Check it out! Isn't it beautiful?

Deuteronomy 18:9 - 12

When I went up the mountain to receive the tablets of stone, the tablets of the covenant that the Lord made with you, I remained on the mountain forty days and forty nights. So after my writing I asked my husband to look in my drawer and low and behold here's my old pager. Lord, you are quite funny my friend!

Okay one other way we used to communicate with other people through the pages was by Alphanumerics. So, let me see if I still remember this.
