First of all I will confess I seriously religiously watch this show most of the time. Hey it's very entertaining. Sometimes. What I am not doing whatsoever is promoting the show. I watch it. You guys may or may not watch it. I don't know. It's really up to you guys.
I know that I've used the show as an example before for one of my writings. And now I'm going to revisit it again. I am talking about "The Bachelorette." You know what? Maybe that's why I watch the show so much because God wants me to write about some stuff that happened from the show. Lol
Like my rush to dignifying why it's a good reason to watch the show? Haha In all seriousness the writing for the day is about the truth coming out.
And, if you guys are all like me and you have been entertained by the last season of The Bachelorette with Hannah Brown, then you probably have an inkling of what I'm about to speak about.
I won't get into too watch detail regarding the show. I'm sure y'all can find a lot of videos on YouTube. Also, I don't want to say anything and make my reading for the day a tabloid or a gossip column.
What I am going to point out... What happened in that show is this. Hannah Brown, the bachelorette fell in love with one of the contestants,
Jed Wyatt. By the end of the show when he found out he had won,He proposed to the Bachelorette, Hannah Brown.
She accepted the proposal and their lives were happy. Oh, but that happiness did not last long
It turned out that this contestant went on the show The Bachelorette and wasted the time and energy of poor Hannah Brown.
I say that because of this It turns out Jed was hiding a lie back home. How did he think he would be able to keep this lie forever? I have no ide But, it turns out this guy went on the show while having a girlfriend. Good thing for Hannah the truth came out.
Do you guys notice that? When you lie, it pretty much backfires. Yep, usually the truth comes out.
What comes to mind was when I was a little girl and my parents made me a peanut butter and jelly sandwich to bring to school for lunch. All the cool kids would buy their lunch. So, what I did was I threw my peanut butter and jelly sandwich in the garbage in the downstairs bathroom. It turns out my uncle found my sandwich in the bathroom. He told my mom. The truth came out.
God has a lot to say about the truth coming out when we lie. Here are the Bible verses for the day. Welcome Glady!

Proverbs 6:16-19
Th ewere are six things that the Lord hates, seven that are an abomination to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked plans, feet that make haste to run to evil, a false witness who breathes out lies, and one who sows discord among brothers.
Proverbs 12:22
Lying lips are an abomination to the Lord, but those who act faithfully are his delight.
Proverbs 19:9
A false witness will not go unpunished, and he who breathes out lies will perish.
Psalm 101:7
No one who practices deceit shall dwell in my house; no one who utters lies shall continue before my eyes.
Colossians 3:9-10
Do not lie to one another, seeing that you have put off the old self with its practices and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge after the image of its creator.
Proverbs 2:19
Truthful lips endure forever, but a lying tongue is but for a moment.
Luke 8:17
For nothing is hidden that will not be made manifest, nor is anything secret that will not be known and come to light.
Ephesians 4:25
Therefore, having put away falsehood, let each one of you speak the truth with his neighbor, for we are members one of another.
John 8:44
You are of your father the devil, and your will is to do your father's desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and has nothing to do with the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks out of his own character, for he is a liar and the father of lies.
