HOME

Play For The Audio Version
Have you guys ever heard this common saying?  I believe it is said by most people. The fun saying is " Home is where the heart is."

What does that saying mean to you guys?  Perhaps, pondering over that for a few seconds is necessary.  Do  you guys even trust in what those words are saying?  I am pretty sure there will be a huge difference in how other people define home.

Personally, physically speaking?   My home is where we insert the key and enter my place of residence.  This is my home where I feel safe. This is my home I share with my husband and little puppy, Chewee!  Home is where I get a good home cooked meal. So, there are a lot of heartfelt things from my physical home.

Home to me is also being held  In the Lord's arms.  When He is protecting me.
Protecting me from many things like my evil flesh. What would come to mind is, "  Thank God for the Holy Spirit and God's angels!" I say that because if you know God You know  There's always a battle between evil spirits and armies of angels!

Now,  for us fellow born again Christian believers?  For those who believe in God and know him as personal Lord and saviour?  We have been promised eternal life in heaven. That will be our new home!  And I am pretty much sure there's going to be a lot of heartfelt things in heaven!

1 Kings 22:19

Micaiah said, “Therefore, hear the word of the Lord. I saw the Lord sitting on His throne, and all the host of heaven standing by Him on His right and on His left.

Revelation 19:14

And the armies which are in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, were following Him on white horses.

Matthew 26:53

Or do you think that I cannot appeal to My Father, and He will at once put at My disposal more than twelve legions of angels?

Revelation 19:19

And I saw the beast and the kings of the earth and their armies assembled to make war against Him who sat on the horse and against His army.

Revelation 20:8

and will come out to deceive the nations which are in the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together for the war; the number of them is like the sand of the seashore

  1. Love your simple thoughts. Glory to God. Home is with Jesus, but we are home to His Spirit while we’re here, what a privilege.. Hope you’re both doing well.
